Store terms and refunds

What you are buying

Everything in the store is digital content for the Project Permanence Minecraft server: cosmetic items, titles, chat styles and crate keys. None of it gives an advantage in the game, has any cash value, or can be traded for money.

Delivery

Items are added to the Minecraft account you name on our store page, matched to your payment by the email you pay with on Ko-fi, usually within a minute. The player must have joined the server at least once. If the name is wrong or missing, contact us and we will move it to the right account.

Refunds

Because items are delivered straight away, you agree when you buy that your 14 day right to cancel ends once the item is in your account. We will still refund you if an item never arrives or does not work and we cannot fix it. Ask on Discord with your Ko-fi receipt.

Memberships

Memberships renew every month until you cancel them on Ko-fi. Cancelling stops the next payment; your perks last until the end of the month you paid for. Cosmetics you were given while a member are yours to keep.

Crate keys

Keys open the Cosmetic Crate for one random cosmetic. The chance of every item is shown on the crate before you open it. Keys can also be earned free by voting.

Bans and changes

Breaking the server rules can lead to a ban, and purchases are not refunded because of one. We may change or retire items; if we remove something you bought, we will give you something of equal value.

Payments and privacy

Payments are handled by Ko-fi and its payment partners. We receive your Ko-fi name, email, the amount and your message, and use them only to deliver your purchase and answer you. The email you type on our store page is kept for two days to match your payment, then deleted.
